I've actually had two of these; used it so much I wore the first one out! Which should speak for it's quality that I bought a second one. The internal ribs feel great! My only complaint is that the wall is a little thin between the hole for the "vibrating love egg" as they call it, and the tunnel of the main sleeve. This can tear if you are rough with it, but it still remains usable.
