Been using these for several years - unfortunately have had to buy several pairs over the years as I have ultimately broken them applying maximum tension. Have 'tweaked' my nipples so hard and so often that after a gentle start I can use three of these on each nipple, gradually tightening each one progressively. God that is good, just 'ride out' the pleasure pain. Keep on for a while - 10-20 minutes and when released - wow another sensation! Start gently and work up, it'll be worth it!

I'm a guy with quite small nipples and I have to tease them into these clamps but when they're in....yes they do the trick! An extra turn every few minutes until it is too much, then wait another few minutes then another turn! I use these at every opportunity, be good to use them on someone with huge nipples as I imagine they would be amazing!!!

Quite lightweight plastic compared to what I was expecting. However they provide a good hold - and are fully adjustable. There's also space for things to be attached to the keyring attachment which makes play a lot more fun.

Be aware, I do not give these such a poor score solely because they are not steel, rather a plastic construction with a steel screw for tightening. Additionally, the clamps themselves, while they do work, they feel a bit flimsy being made out of plastic. Lastly, they are quite small when opened fully - I have a large gauge nipple piercing and there is no way this fits on my nipple. If you are after a bit of nipple fun, wanting to see if you'd like it, get these, otherwise invest in something a bit more heavy duty.

Just got these clamps and they are excellent with a good hold and rings to take chains and weights. As soon as you get used to the pain .... you can turn the screw another turn! However they must be difficult to use if you have tiny nipples - not a problem for me!
