First time I've used a urethral sound. Feels comfortable on insertion I would say take your time to get used to it and use plenty of lube on it and the urethral opening. With it being ribbed made it feel amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Just take it easy and don't rush to get it all the way in.
