Just got this lovely little item delivered this weekend. What I like about it is it's made of soft rubber so easy on the teeth to bite on. The straps also are soft rubber so they fit great around my head without feeling uncomfy. Wore this for over 2 hours. Because of the cock part being in my mouth I could not swallow at all which was great but a bit of a pain. The only negative thing I could think of about this item is the cock should be a bit thicker. As this one does not fill my mouth so it moves around to much when I am not biting on it.

The gag feels great quality wise, but the dildo is far thinner than represented in the pictures.

The dildo fits comfortably in my mouth without causing me to gag. It also feels quite penis-like. It goes on and comes off easily, and it is great combined with a hood.

This is a review based on internal use - wearing so the dildo part of the gag is in the wearers mouth. It pokes just at the entrance to the throat, and if not too tight allows the user some ability to control how deep it is. It's very narrow however, and could do with being a chunk girthier.

I bought this toy for solo play which may sound confusing but I wear it 'inside out', so that the dildo faces inwards and goes into my mouth. This will be a review of it solely as a 'gag that makes you gag' and not as a 'gag with a dildo' as I imagine was its intended purpose. The measurement of 4 inches is from the head to the end of the ball. I do find the use of this measurement confusing because it isn't really applicable for its intended purposes, but if you wear it like I do, 'inside out', then it will go roughly 4 inches into your mouth. If you were wondering, the 'insertable length', the distance from the head to the ball, is 2.5 inches. The circumference of the dildo is 3.5 inches. If you wish to wear this dildo gag 'inside out', this is probably as large as you should go. The dildo doesn't reach into my throat, but definitely triggers my gag reflex. The first time I wore it I felt that I was drowning in my spit. I don't recommend particularly that you move around while wearing it, as the dildo can move around in your mouth. This made me gag even more and I found the dildo was cutting off my air periodically so be careful. You will not be simply drooling while wearing this gag, and I never felt that I needed to puke, so it fits into that messy middle ground of gag spit. The fit and finish of the of gag itself is fantastic. The dildo itself is personally a little too detailed , I would have preferred something easier to clean, but that is a personal preference. Wearing it 'inside out', means that the buckle doesn't fit perfectly, but it is perfectly fine with the short durations that I wear it for. The stretchy nature of the silicon design means that a fit is pretty much guaranteed if you are within the parameters. In summary, I love this toy. I don't use it for its intended purpose, and pretty much all my problems with it come from the fact that it was made for a different use, but I still find it perfectly usable and very fun. I highly recommend as an extremely messy gag.

I like this product because it works well as a normal ball gag and makes my submissive very turned on. It is possible to wear this gag with the dildo facing inwards or outwards but I think it could have been designed a bit better to work both ways. However, as advice before you buy... If you want to wear it facing inwards, this gag does require you to be able to deep throat as it is such a size that it will be forced down your throat.
