I wore these for just over an hour before having some fun with a friend, and they made everything so much easier. They made me incredibly wet and loosened me up, and for the first time in my life, penetration was painless.

This is a great little set! I found these kegel training balls so easy to use. There are 4 different weights to choose from and can be used in different combinations so can range from light for a beginner to much heavier for those wanting to continue to work through the muscles. The product was made of silicone and really easy to use and wear. There was no discomfort with this, and I found it quite easy to wear for the recommended time. Once I was used to sensation upon wearing it for the first time, I found that I could easily move around without fear of discomfort. I moved up nicely through the weights but unlike other products of this type because I was able to change the weights as I wanted, I could go at my own pace.
