Being small it was easy to insert without any pain. Surprisingly it all also stayed in. A lot of plugs I've used before haven't stayed in place - possibly because they're too powerful with the vibrations. This particular toy only had two settings: on or off. Though the on didn't disappoint. It was very pleasant and the vibrations could also be felt through the small ends that gently tickle the (spelling) perinium. The whole experience was very pleasant and it relaxed me enough as a warm up for anal sex.
