Bought this for my wife and didn't take much convincing for her to let me put it on her. The collar has a metal clasp around the back (wasn't sure how it fastened from the description and feared it was velcro!). The clasp has loads of pre-made holes. There are 3-D rings for the leash (or for cuffs/anything else your heart desires!). OH didn't even realise it was a posture collar until I laid her down, started blowing her and told her to look at my head. At which point she'd realised and just had to lay her head back and take it!
