The most comfortable gag I’ve tried. The extended silicone into the creases of the mouth mean that this can be worn for an extended amount of time without it digging in. The ball is not too big but still big enough to make you very aware of its present. I have quite a small head, and the straps are able to fasten tightly around me making it feel very secure - something I have had issues with before is not being able to get them tight enough. I liked this enough at my partners house that I bought one to have at mine to make sure there’s always one available.

I’ve been after the extra layer of submission to my wife during play and this has achieved just that, I felt completely helpless when I tried to talk and only muffled noises came out, and as a result totally at her mercy. Pretty standard ball gag with a padlock fitting at the back for extra excitement. Great build quality, much better than I have experienced from other retailers. Comfortable to use even during prolonged sessions
