Cute but SassyI love collars anyway but when I saw this with the heart I had to get it! I feel cute but sassy when I'm wearing this. The heart is still able to have a leash attached to it but I can also wear it in public without too many people looking at me funny. It fit perfectly as it has plenty of holes do you can wear it tight or loose. Definitely spices up any outfit - everyone needs one!
