I never know whether to trust the pictures when I order stuff as they don't always match but oh my goodness this looked incredible, and it felt so soft and comfy, I think it's now my favorite bit of lingerie, the only critique I have is that I'm short and the suspender bits even at the shortest are a bit long for me

This basque first caught my eye due to its colour, green makes a nice change to the more typical colours usually used for lingerie and it also flatters many skin tones. I am a size 18-20 and pear shaped, the item label states this item should fit a UK size 20-22 but I agree with bondara that size 18-20 seems more correct. It fastens at the back with a choice of three rows of hook and eye clasps, the largest setting fitted me with a small amount of room to spare so I imagine it would be uncomfortably tight for someone who usually wears a size 22 top. The smallest setting should be fine for someone who wears a size 16 top. The shoulder straps and suspender straps are easily adjustable. The material itself is softer than expected and doesn't chafe at all. It's pretty easy to put on, due to the amount of fastenings at the back it is easier to fasten back to front then you can shuffle it round your torso and then slip your arms through the shoulder straps.I have to say I was really pleased with the overall design and look. It actually looks better than I expected and is very flattering. The cut outs in the breast area are particularly nice and as the material for the cups is lace it is suitable for a range of cup sizes which I was really happy with as sometimes with more structured cups I find them too big and they gape, I am a D cup for reference. The use of black lace running down the middle of the tummy area helps to give the impression of a slimmer silhouette. My one minor complaint is that I couldn't get the underwire of the cups to sit flush to my chest and so it didn't give as much support as I would ideally like. However I am sure I can overcome that problem with a bit of body tape.Overall I am really pleased with this basque it's an unusual but very flattering design.
