Does what is says on the packet. Fits in nicely, don't really use the vibration as its more of an annoying tickle but without its still good fun and gets the job done.

I have never used one before so was terrified to use it. I knew what the desired effect was which was achieved but did spend a bit of time in the bathroom afterwards. I was also worried about more coming out afterward I had left the bathroom. However this did not happen. Was a little difficult to get in a first but soon worked out the best way to do it. I have to confess to being a little nervous when I first opened this, not just about the size, but also how the blast of shower water would feel. I managed to fit it onto the shower hose and tested it out, water came out and didn't seem as powerful as I had feared. I lubed up, took a deep breath, and ventured in! The vibration was pleasant and to my relief I didn't feel a violent blast of water, and very quickly the desired task was completed. This is a very efficient and effective device...just make sure you are alone as its really not very sexy!
