Me and my wife were never into using gags until some friendly banter. I purchased this one for her as it looks less innocent than the others being just a ball and tie. I think it's safe to say that she enjoys herself a bit too much when she is wearing it during anal. Only downside is that the ribbon does slip down if it becomes loose. However, it's so worth it and I highly recommend it.

I'm generally not a massive fan of ball gags but I looked at this one as the satin tie seemed like it would be friendlier on the mouth. It turns out I was correct in this assumption; the satin is soft and provides a less harsh gagging experience, so if you're after something a little gentler then this will work for you. The silicone ball accepts a good bite and fits my mouth quite well and there's something quite satisfying about drooling all over the nice satin fabric! We both loved the ball gag and felt like it really ramped everything up a notch. You do have to make sure that it is tied tight enough around your head, otherwise it can slip down, but the soft satin material looked and felt a dream. The ball itself was a good size, but if you leave it in too long, you can really feel your jaw aching (although some might say that’s a positive haha)
