Ive been using this twice a day following the instructions for just over 1 month now and seen no change. Its warm and tingles but i think people think when you rub it in it works but it doesnt, it just you rubbing it

Been using the cream for over a week now. After reviewing my erection yesterday, I have noticed my erections are THICKER than it use to be. Length is still the same.
