Fill your douche with lukewarm water, attach your chosen head and slip the nozzle inside your anus. Gently squeeze the bulb to distribute the water, remove the douche and then release your grip. Once the water runs clear, you’re good to go!

Very good!

It's great that it's transparent as you can see that it's nice and clean and no nasty mould has grown into it. I really hated that I couldn't see through my previous (black) one. It has a large enough opening to make thorough cleaning easy and comes with a good selection of nozzles. Being transparent, in theory, it could also be sterilised with a UV steriliser, but can't confirm.
