Why Buy A Bondara Gift Voucher

Bondara Gift Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 denominations and will be dispatched to the delivery address entered at checkout. The vouchers can be sent directly to the gift recipient as long as their address is provided to our Customer Care team.

Gift Vouchers can be bought individually or combined. For example, if you would like to give someone £80 to spend at Bondara, simply purchase a £30 and a £50 voucher. The recipient can use multiple vouchers for one single order, or use one and spend the other later. Please note that we cannot give change or refunds on vouchers.

Once a Gift Voucher order is placed, our Customer Care team will make contact to determine if a physical card(s) or digital voucher (email) is preferred. If digital is chosen our Customer Service Team will refund any postage costs.

How To Use A Bondara Gift Voucher

To apply your gift voucher, the value of your basket must exceed the gift voucher amount, otherwise it will not show up. For example, if you've been given a £20 voucher, your basket value must be £20.01 or more. Otherwise, the voucher will not be applied. You only need to spend a penny or more for the voucher to work.

You may return an order (or single items) to us that were purchased with a Gift Voucher. We will then issue you with a Gift Voucher code for the sale price of the returned item. All returned items must abide by the normal Returns Policy.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed up to one year from the date of issue.
