Covering a broad spread of tasks from management of the website and customer journey, email marketing, PPC, Search Engine Optimisation and data analysis; our Marketing team drive the business forward.   • PHP Laravel Web Developer

    Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: 25k-40k

    Description

    Are you an experienced PHP Developer with experience in the Laravel framework? looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional company?

    As our PHP Developer you will report into our Ecommerce Manager

    You will be experienced in dealing with complex website development projects, as you will be playing an integral part in the redevelopment of our existing website platform. You will need a passion for web development and innovation and be a driving force behind continual improvements to the website platform.

    This is a hands on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in web development & programming.

    Core Duties

    • Work with the ecommerce team / development agency on the continuous development of the Bondara.co.uk website.
    • Ensuring all new code releases to the website have been extensively tested and take responsibility for adding them to the live environment.
    • Collaborating with the ecommerce manager to define ongoing development roadmap and innovations for website.
    • Working alongside our existing development agency on the redevelopment of current website.
    • Continuously working to improve website load time to agreed targets
    • Integrating Website with third-party APIs
    • Maintain Website Servers and develop close relationship with hosting provider ( Rackspace )
    • Fixing website related issues as required
    • Keep up need to date with the latest technology and development techniques.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 2 years' experience ideally in an ecommerce environment.

    • Laravel PHP Framework
    • MySQL
    • GIT
    • Linux
    • Nginx
    • Javascript
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • Any Front End development skills would be highly advantageous

  • Email Marketing Campaign Manager

    Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: 25,000-35,000 (depending on experience)

    Description

    Are you a confident and experienced Email Campaign Manager looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional company?
    As our Email Campaign Manager, you will report directly into our Head of Marketing. You will be experienced in dealing with all aspects of email marketing. This is a hands-on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in marketing.

    Core Duties

    • Implement an effective email marketing program to increase sales and customer loyalty
    • Develop and manage all content relating to email marketing
    • Work closely with buying and creative teams to build, maintain and progress campaigns
    • Ensure effective and creative promotion of our products and services
    • Manage and target multiple key segments within the customer base
    • Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise sales
    • Be responsible for the build and deployment of all email campaigns
    • Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
    • Perform analysis to show performance trends and optimise campaigns accordingly
    • Ability to deliver measurable results and report these to management on a regular basis
    • Become an expert in the incumbent ESP/CRM 3rd party platform suppliers (Bronto)
    • Control and manage email send costs

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
    • Email marketing/CRM background from an ecommerce B2C organisation (Minimum 1 years' experience)
    • Ability to analyse and translate performance data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
    • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics
    • Strong project management skills
    • An ability to work to tight deadlines
    • High degree of initiative and an excellent team player
    • You will be creative and passionate about marketing
    • Any previous experience of working alongside affiliates, or account management experience, is desirable.
