  • Customer Care Team Operative

    Full Time / Part Time: Full Time- Immediate Start

    Whether it's answering phones, replying to emails or feeding back front-line info to the rest of the company, you can be sure this is a hard-working, but fun and very friendly company to work for.

    Core Duties

    Duties:
    • Taking orders and liaising with customers via email and telephone
    • Responding to email enquiries and answering calls within a set timeframe
    • Providing a high and consistent level of customer service at all times
    • Identify feedback and improvements to further develop the Customer Care Team and the services Bondara offers
    • Proactive management of service review platforms
    • Ensure customers are provided with the most appropriate solutions according to their needs
    • Be a proactive team member

    Key Skills & Experience

    Skills Required:
    • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels in a friendly and professional manner
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Proactive with the ability to prioritise and multi task
    • An active problem solver
    • An understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling personally identifiable information
    • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and enthusiasm are essential, as is the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
    • IT Literate
    • Minimum of 2-3 years Customer Service experience
