I don't have a piercing so this tongue vibrator works well for me since I'm not pierced. It works with or without piercings. The vibrations are wonderful, and my partner loves it when I go down on her wearing this tongue vibrator. It fits her very well, too, and she goes down on me and WOW that sure feels good! I love using it with the sleeves, too, so she gets different stimulations. This is a great tongue vibrator and we use it all the time.
