I had always wanted a set of Ben Wa balls, so I chose the Fun Factory Smartballs. I heard that using Ben Wa balls can help a woman have more intense orgasms, and that sounded good to me. The price of the Ben Wa balls was also reasonable, so I had to buy them.

I used some lubricant to insert the Ben Wa balls one at a time. They went in very easily and I used my Kegel muscles to hold them in place. Ever since I read about Ben Wa balls, I knew I had to keep them inside of me for about two to four hours, and I had no trouble doing that. I had to concentrate on my Kegel exercises to make sure the Ben Wa balls didn't slide out, but that wasn't hard.

I liked the colors – yellow and purple. Purple is my favorite color. I also liked the rotating balls inside the Ben Wa balls. I could feel them moving around as I wore them. That was a very pleasant sensation. My first day I wore the Ben Wa balls for two hours, and that was fine. The next day I wore them for three. I'm still using them now, and my pelvic floor muscles are much stronger, thanks to my Ben Wa balls. I highly recommend them.
