Weights

Whether you're at the gym or at home, grab yourself a couple of dumbbells. Lie on your back with the weights held to your chest, then push them up and away until your arms are straight and repeat. Take this one nice and slowly, and make sure you can lift the weights comfortably.


As with all exercise, commitment is the key to success. Rather than attempting a hundred of each in one go, try three sets of 10-15 repetitions, remembering to rest for 30 seconds between each set. Whip your muscles into shape, then show off your new curves!
