A highly effective neck and wrist bondage restraint system featuring a 20" stainless steel bar, a heavy duty black leather neck collar and two wrist cuffs. This highly versatile piece of bondage equipment can be used in three different ways: From neck to wrist (worn at either the back or the front) or from neck to ankle to leave you in a very rigid sitting forward position. Both the wrist cuffs and neck collar are fully adjustable in size using rolling buckles and are securely fastened by padlocks and keys.
